During our visit in July of 2016 we noticed the children of KEGO were getting a half sandwich of butter and bread. We are happy to report that we have added peanut butter to the bread and are now the children are getting a whole sandwich along with their porridge for breakfast. We have also added meat to the diet once a week to add additional protein for the children. It is exciting to also be purchasing the supplies locally in Homa Bay County to help support the local economy.
